I'm Ell  â€” a photographer and conservation storyteller drawn to the wild, the wise and the human.

My passion for travel, combined with a background in wildlife care and environmental science, has taken me on journeys alongside animals and communities, where I’ve witnessed the relationships that connect us to the natural world. My work moves between remote wilderness and vibrant cultural landscapes, telling stories that often go unnoticed, the quiet moments of connection, resilience and hope.

Working with a minimal approach, just myself, a camera, and natural light, I aim to document moments as they are, honest and unforced. Alongside conservation storytelling, I photograph people, places and everyday connections, capturing the subtle beauty found in both wild spaces and ordinary life.

From dense jungles and remote villages to the pulse of busy cities and the stillness of alpine landscapes. Travel has shaped who I am as a photographer, storyteller and person. These experiences have revealed the intricate connections between people, culture and nature.

Through photography and writing, I hope to inspire a deeper appreciation for our planet and encourage its protection, because all it takes is a few passionate people to create big change.
